Yes, we design to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That covers sufficient colour contrast, visible keyboard focus, tap targets of at least 24 by 24 pixels, and forms and logins that don't depend on memory puzzles. Accessibility widens your audience and improves SEO, and it is now a legal requirement for many businesses selling into the EU under the European Accessibility Act, in force since June 2025.

We use AI tools to speed up the groundwork, such as synthesising research notes, drafting placeholder copy and exploring layout variations quickly. Every design decision is still made by our designers and tested against your users and brand, so you get an original interface rather than a generic AI-generated template.

You receive editable design files, clickable high-fidelity prototypes, and a design system documenting your colours, typography, spacing and reusable components as design tokens. Developers get annotated specs for every screen and state, so what gets built matches what you approved.

We put clickable prototypes in front of real users and watch them complete key tasks, such as finding a service or submitting an enquiry. For redesigns we also review analytics and heatmaps from your current site to see where visitors drop off. Fixing a problem in a prototype costs far less than fixing it in code.

Not when they are designed properly. We animate only properties browsers handle cheaply, such as movement and fading, keep motion purposeful rather than decorative, and respect the reduced-motion setting for visitors who are sensitive to animation. This keeps interactions responsive and protects your Core Web Vitals scores.
